He's studying to get his real estate license and really wants to work in commercial real estate due to his extensive experience in commercial construction and his interest in the industrial, warehouse and mission critical facilities.Are there positions within commercial real estate brokerages that he could work part-time (nights, weekends, days off from W-2) once he gets his license?

My first thought, put more emphasis on Cost Segregation Studies to reduce tax liability in a world without/reduced 1031’s

We're studying the market and learing all we can about which multi family house to purchase. so excited!
