I really value the opportunity to talk to many different investors and know I’m not alone :) Anyways I wanted to just give a small little update on what I’m doing at the moment and hopefully get some advice if I should be doing something different or if I’m going down the right path.So the last 2 weeks I’ve really been focusing on talking to different loan officers trying to get a solid quote on what kind of rate and loan type I could get on a 2-4 unit multifamily property and I’ve made some good progress.

Your income currently is pretty solid, do you have any savings you can dedicate to investing?

In my opinion, you need to be on decent to solid financial footing to invest.

A lot of people should be taking advantage of opportunity zone funds because they are safe and solid ROI's.

My regular guy was booked solid for several weeks on two very big jobs.

Sellers think this is a temporary knee jerk reaction to a short term (hopefully) virus but their property they are selling is still solid at current agreed to price.

This is a solid option, even if you don't need the money, 3.75% for business finance is fantastic
