Your cleaner may have had a whole team there working on the house, especially for a conversion from residential to STR.bottom line, the rate is not unreasonable if a deep clean was provided and done correctly. 

@Derek Lacy  Like Derek we require the tenants to provide renters in insurance with GC Realty & Dev as an additional insured.

You don´t want to mess this up and risk getting fined.Either way, if you are borrowing money secured on US properties, then it is more straightforward to borrow from US lenders.
