Thanks @Dan Schweit, "fortunately" my biggest issue was the credit usage %, once I was able to clear that up everything else fell into place.

The guy forgot to tighten the washer water exhaust hose and it fell off, resulting in a whole washer full of water dumping out onto the floor, from the laundry room to the kitchen and even into the dining room carpet.

We placed room divider with a tension rod in the living room, after half a month it fell onto the sprinkler head, the floor got damaged.
