Dont know but If they were selling last few years saw record prices so that makes sense.  

I've found that most are great for data (just has an algorithm that pulls info from a title company or county records), but do actually generate leads. 

But somehow there was a recording issue, and when the prior owner refi'd a pool of assets together, the original mortgage was not found. 

I am starting to get quite a few documents online, IE, inspection reports, tax records, etc...

@David B Richardson for sales jobs you typically need a two year track record of consistent income.

Current address matches public records, as does occupation.

Tax department has record of tax card stating its 3 units.
