@Kelly Bellini usually if you go with an off balance sheet loan product through Fannie Mae Freddie Mac, they will have seasoning requirements like that (I think it's 6 months, but not sure). 

When a seller is motivated to sell he will and it’s only fair to get what he feels is the best deal.

I'm found some smaller mid-sized banks that I will speak to individually.

Calling previous landlords and their boss can tell you a lot about the individual that the screening reports cannot.Take advantage of the online and free resources available to you to screen tenants.

My current goals are to continue to acquire cashflowing deals in my local market, build up experience and with continuing growth and confidence expand to the point where my family is financially free.First off this community is amazing and has been a huge motivator to change my view on my investments.
