But I'm not sure how to go about creating a proper Chart of Accounts.I'd like to have IRS Schedule E form as the type of expenses, but I'm not sure what is the Account Type and the Detail Type I should utilize.And generally speaking, I'd love to learn from those who use this tool - how do you use it?

I'm new to REI and was thinking about taking his course. i joined the a+e mentorship program about two weeks ago. i attended the ride along in august and have been implementing everything i learned since that day (there's a long list of things i have accomplished based on the information the ride along alone). when i felt like i had reached a point of needing more guidance, that's when i decided to join. it is definitely worth it. doug is an amazing teacher, humble and if you put in the work, you definitely will be successful.

It was on the Main Street (E Centre Street) and very close to highway (I81), that would seem to make it a very lucrative rental market were my original thoughts.
