What if there is a 50k foundation issue or knob and tube wiring and need s new wiring  for 10k or galvanized pipes and need to redo the plumbing.

After the inspections i know i need about 10k small/medium cosmetic work. gutters, light plumbing, parge coat for foundation etc.

Plumbing is the only thing we would need to outsource.
