There are several elements of the Air BnB algorithm that are based on how long folks spend looking at your listing photos...longer is better and gets you up in the search rankings.

Last tip - pay to get professional photos done from someone who has photographed Airbnb's before (they will know to take pics of the "cute corner with the books", and décor, etc versus a real estate photographer who just gets shots of the rooms and leaves). 

As @JD Martin said, think of it as just like his mountain skyline photo in his signature.

But this would assume a relationship being formed and the intent to purchase an investment property - with me putting together the offer for you.If all you are looking for is someone to take photos and gather information for a nonspecific list of off market properties - then perhaps you do need a bird-dogger who you can simply pay by the hour.
