Hello everyone, I bought an investment property (duplex) in Cleveland in October of last year and I am planning to transfer it to LLC owned by myself. Need help with that. 

Even doing it personally is fine --- that's what a regular homeowner does when getting work done on their house.I guess it seems I would need to caveat that you are NOT hiring employees. 

Keep the business and personal money separate.

How much for personal property and loss of income?

I do not personally but I have a friend who does!

Do I need to make payments to contractors, etc from accounts with the LLC name on them or can the accounts just have my first and last name (personal accounts)?

I am wondering if anyone has personally taken advantage of this.I have a W2 with 19 years until retirement.

We're personally testing them right now to see if the data quality is high enough to switch over but the jury is still out.

We do our draw process over zoom and don't require anyone to go check your work in person.

.- Clean off roof- Power wash house- Remove screens on front porch- Repair front steppers (remove broken, re-lay and level remaining, power wash.- Install flower beds to left and right of steppers.- Repair wood rot as necessary, specifically seen in the soffit.- Repair / replace soffit screening as necessary.- Seed lawn as necessary, especially after tree removal.- Repair as necessary the water tank shelter on left side of house.- Remove awning from back left corner of house.- Remove rear fence.- Repair rear porch as necessary.- Paint front porch floor gray.INTERIOR:General:- Paint throughout, space gray, with high semi-gloss white trim.- Replace electrical outlets, switches, plates with new white.- Tile throughout (bathroom will get different tile.- Install new windows throughout (18), install new trim and replace rotted or damaged framing as necessary.- Install new white vent covers throughout.- Install (brushed nickel?)
