You can always do it the old fashioned way...go to the recorder's office and look through default filings.Or if you can prove you have the cash or connections to deal, call the local commercial banks and ask them what's on the chopping block.

If he's someone who's works in the recorders office and is using his inside knowledge (e.g., using the notice info before its publically filed), then that seems very underhanded.

In this day and time you're really happy that you've got a track record and a relationship with such an institution because the financing for investors can shut down rapidly--for example, the new requirement under Freddie Mac that you can only have 3 mortgaged properties plus the one you're finanacing.

What is good about Fulton, Dekalb, and Cobb, etc. is that these counties typically hold Tax Sales on a Monthly basis---a good thing for Investors.However, the properties are pre-selected by the Tax Sale Office, so the properties advertised, unless redeemed, will be the ones offered at the upcoming or scheduled Tax Sale.

My recommendation would be to make a unique link to a page that redirects your visitors to whatever page it is you want them to go to and then using tracking software like Google Analytics to see what kinds of traffic are coming from your article(s).
