Do they buy the nicer car or drive an older car so they can afford the nicer home.. maybe wait on that RV or Boat they want.. discretionary items like these sales could slow a bunch .. at the end of the day people need shelter and with rents sky rocketing in many markets.. rent is higher than man mortgage payments..

I would not drive my car down the main streets of Portland given the news.Not in my book .it’s a statistical fact in lower income areas there is a higher instance of a minority population in some areas for sure that's a true statement..

This tenant would be happy to pay $300 for this space as opposed to $700 for one that has access to a bathroom.Parking - yes there is plenty of parking on-street during the work day, and we are currently adding onto the driveway to allow 6 cars to park.Utilities - The heat is just one huge forced-air system for the whole building, so we'd have to include that.
