We have State Farm covering our primary residence and two cars.

And forgive my distrust but sometimes,,,sometimes... finding a good realtor can be like finding a good car salesman (no offense to the good realtors out there)

Im looking at a property with a detached 2 car garage apx 15ft from the main house and back door.

Considerations I have are grading the lawn, making the grass one uniform species, and possibly repairing/redoing the concrete areas and even extending the single lane driveway to make room for a second car.

A couple years ago I built a 3 car garage (DADU) with a 850 sqft apartment above it in my back yard.

About Me:Got hit by a car in 2002 on the 60 fwy while walking. 

Downgrade housing, get a cheaper car, skip eating out for lunch/dinner.

I found out they have a car and signature loans that are non performing, but they have not sold them.Because we are a small credit union, the other board members are all postal workers and retirees. 

And will a car loan and credit card debt influence on the approval of the loan?

Second item is the dryer in the shared laundry room, not sure what the issue is but even a service car / minor repairs will be $250-500.
