However, even when/if it does change, and you can buy property without a fideicomiso, it won't apply to commercial property, and this includes vacation rentals.We bought a vacation home north of Puerto Vallarta 4 years ago and have done well with revenue.

It would not be the first nor the last time a PM and a construction company collude to make profits.

Our rentals are in a nice upper end market north of Oklahoma City.

The following neighborhoods: West price hill, East Price hill, Covedale, North College Hill, College Hill, Westwood & Colerain.What has been others experiences investing in these neighborhoods?

I am looking for single family homes in West and North Raleigh only.

Heaven is expensive:) When they are freezing up in the north we will be riding around in our convertibles wearing shorts and drinking iced tea:) When the right deal comes along, I can pull 100% out of the house posted above if needed and yes, returns are infinite. 

Princeton is great and you can purchase a new construction with this budget,Also I suggest looking farther north , there are great small towns such as Van Alstyne, Aubrey, Sherman, Gainesville, where you can purchase a new construction or  Duplex in your budget and pay less in property taxes.No one can tell you about appreciation but only evaluate.

Although, areas feeding the new Heritage HS are still selling under 30 days, at or above asking.I completely agree with Richard about Keller, North Richland Hills, HEB, and I would include Watauga as well.
