I want to find my niche that will peak my interest and allow a long term involvement in the investment industry.Yesterday afternoon, I met with a representative of the Costar company.

. $150,000 profit, I know the market niche, and I think there is great opportunity here.

With that being said, for the past few years as I have gotten older, I have kind of reached this point in my life where the fact that I feel like I haven't quite found my niche has been weighing on me.

What is your niche, $30,000 pigs? 

House needs to be purchased prior to 1996 (chances for significant equity)I know have a list built of about 4,000 addresses all custom created from driving for dollars and then niched down further (last sale date) on the county's website. 

They seem like a great niche.

Very good points above.I've stumbled into my placement 'niche' I guess you could say.  

While I realize I'm tiptoeing on the precipice of paralysis by analysis (I once spent a month researching my coffeemaker), it seems like a pertinent discussion to have before I finalize my decision on which niche and strategy I'm going to pursue first.
