Who writes and sends personal hand-written thank you cards anymore when you can email, text, or message clients on any social media platform?

My next steps (that I've identified), is to start writing down goals (we've discussed them, just haven't written them down), develop a business plan, and figure out if I need to start a business for this venture now (and what structure that will be - we will not be taking on partners initially, I think, so it's just me and my husband, so SMLLC?)

This could be worth it and you'd place high value on Low Price/High return.Flip side of that: Nice area, good schools, good tenant pool, typically long term renter..... buy you're looking at 1100/mo for a 120-130k house.

The park is 5 miles out of town and in the country and the owner wants to sell as is.Seem like it would be profitable, but if I wanted to turn it into a nice park, might get expensive.

I have bathrooms setup with basics (toilet paper, nice towels, soap, etc).

Then start the hunt for a nice tri or quad you can house hack with super low owner interest occupied loan?
