Being that the brokerage is small and new, and we are all mostly new agents, I don't have a large, experienced "team" to help find a buyer, so I am pretty much on my own trying to navigate the selling process of this home. 

I have a call scheduled Monday to discuss a cost seg but would love a little more insight before that meeting.We will be closing sale on a few RV parks in October.

It is one reason JADUs are often pulled for the RE sale- JADU must come from existing permitted space.  

My grandmother lived there for many years when I was growing up (I always think of the massive shark head store there), but I don’t think even she would have predicted how much it would rise.

You don't have to nail some crazy deal to be an investor.

So I have been investing in real estate in the south since 2021 and now have 5 properties.
