Figured I’d do a cheap smart phone with a hot spot so I can have the system connected to the internet and notify me of any motion detection near the side people keep breaking into.Would also be great if it was a camera motion sensor spot light that maybe also did an audible alarm noise or maybe I can even communicate verbally through it.Sounds crazy but pretty sure there’s spotlight camera that does that.Probably need 4 cameras total.Any recommendations?

@David RutledgeDYI cost segregation companies are great and I normally recommend them in situations where the cost is low and it is residential real estate.I normally suggest a full blown study for unique asset types such as mobile home parks and storage.The great thing about getting a study is that you can wait till you file the return meaning you don't need to get it done by 12/31.

I was thinking of getting the property and installing a few nice mobile home units and renting them out.
