This was a highly recommended PM for me but havent had a ton of time with them (3 months) to be able to recommend them out myself. 

The fed meets 8 times a year.  

The basic admin tasks that all of us have to do can take up a lot of our time, keeping us away from the high value work we should be focusing on.

Don't forget to increase rents over time just as you would increase maintenance, etc.

It would also be painful to move all my units to another platform that syndicates with Zillow, without removing the risk that Zillow may decide at any time to drop any given platform .
