He claims it keeps all the other properties safe and only gives the plaintiff "legal access" to that one house.Is this true?

You think some guys on this site frown on wholesalers working on the fringes of legality.. well builders did not like this at all.Plus if you sell to a bunch of investors in a SFR tract you are absolluly correct it will have a negative impact on values.I bought 12 new homes for go zone in MS but  the builder would only allow 5% of any one track to go non owner occ.. so this has worked well.. the few I have are sprinkled about in these tracks. 

It can bring legal problems along with it.  

Land trusts are a hot button issue right now in the legal world, and the type of organization you need may depend on a thorough review of the facts.

Sounds to me like wading through some very murky legal waters here. . .

Anyway, dont let the legal stuff get in the way yet.

There will probably be some legal costs to get it all set up... use a real attorney.

So I am wondering whether it is legal to claim both home office benefit and free from FICA on Rental income from IRS, or otherwise you have to select one of them.
