Hi DFW BP,I'm hoping that someone would be willing to share some good handyman they use for either flips or rental rehabs.  

I figure it will be a some what steep learning curve and I'm excited to connect with those who are a little further into their investing journey, that might be happy to share their story. 

This particular situation depends on the language of the inspection clause....either you have to show there is a major defect, or as is more common, like most standard Realtor As Is contracts, you may cancel for any, or no, reason at all during the inspection period.
