Curt, what was the hole time/build time, and did you have any issues with permits/design etc?

Remodeled kitchen and bathroom along with adding a garage and now it's worth 250k. 

There have also been leaks under kitchen sink and bathroom toilet.

If I designed and built some rental units myself, using my discount, I’m probably saving 20-25% on the construction of a unit.

I'm drawn to the look of the kitchen in this picture.

We like the simplicity of a straightforward partnership, but feel like it could lead to too many cooks in the kitchen.

It is a meetup designed to connect investors with Davidson students who are interested in Real Estate, but also just to connect local investors with each other as well!

And most importantly my new "job" (real estate investing) is something I really love to do--looking at properties, managing rehabs, guiding contractors through my vision, working with interior designers, etc.
