I'm looking into umbrella insurance policies, as I have a recently created LLC and one property to cover, with another on the way, and a pipeline of anticipated consistent growth over the next 12 months.

I'm Located on Long Island, NY and want to get this all straight before i begin calling leads.I guess my main questions are as follows...1.

Specifically I'm looking for contractors that have a work force that can tackle multiple projects at once (if needed), are motivated by repeat business, and will give me solid consistent pricing.

Once you start sending them out, though, you want to be consistent.

Getting myself to do what needs to be done consistently.

I'm staggering it to 1000 per week to keep a consistent pipeline and make it more manageable for me to answer.

While some investors have already found a way to skyrocket their investments using the networking tools already available on BP, I would argue that the vast majority of users struggle to come up with an effective and consistent means to incorporate BP's functionality into their investing or networking plan.While private lists can certainly be powerful tools in the right hands, perhaps entirely rethinking the way these lists could be used would make them more accessible to the masses.

I'm concerned about the crime stats over there and potential problems placing quality tenants and consistently collecting rents.
