Didn't feel comfortable buying a townhome for 420K which still has a shared wall with 260-280HOA/month.

I don't feel confident enough to buy out of state and the property taxes/interest rates/home prices are so high anywhere around me.

She knows the opposing attorney well who has confided in our attorney that he doesn't like his client because he lies a lot and he does not feel his case is very good. 

People have very strong feelings when it comes to allowing pets but guests in the midterm space more often than not travel with pets.

That makes me feel good because I have already started to feel that in my gut...thinking if I can buy in an area that I feel will get appreciation in value and rent, I can start off at a break even-ish and feel good about the future. 

Of course, this is not always the case but figured I'd share.I feel both programs are comparable.
