If there are no negative feedback, I still do not trust what others say, as look at Rad Diversified, a year ago people were singing their praise and now that has changed quickly.

People nowadays forget the power of a paper trail....a real paper trail, not apps/emails/texts and all that crap> If you ever end up in court (small claims etc) a Judge will love a real paper trail, they don't want to be waiting while you try and find something on your phone, y'know?

This is an important status for people to go for since it allows you to write off losses from rental activities on your other active income.
