Typically those to do not require seasoning are commercial lenders or hard money lenders and they do not like to fund under $100K.Make sure its a legitimate lender and not someone of the internet (including BP, sadly enough).

Hi Account Closed,Personally I think it is worth it for a couple reasons. 1) You can market a property, signs, ads, craigslist, Radio, internet legally.2) You are allowed to make money from a real estate transaction.

But the city is contracting with a company called Host Compliance that is scraping the internet for all your data -- your listing location, your name, etc and cross referencing it with other public records to determine whether it's your primary residence.

It is incredible the vast amount of information and disinformation on the subject of REI out there in the internet.

zillow/CL/hotpads/etc will be the best resources... although if you're interested in a certain area, some people are still old school and only do the "for rent" signs on the house, and no internet advertising.

Beware as any legally binding document you get from the internet should be reviewed by attorney before being used.

I'm a bit confused because some sources on the internet state that I do need to live in the property and some don't.
