I have LaneGuide, but most of the time, the bigger institutions only list their Special Asset/Loss Mit Dept or the REO dept.Sometimes I am able to find the decision makers in the secondary via the REO dept. number, but most big institutions are listing REO brokers instead.

Do you participate as a hands on investor, or act as financial investor/joint venture partners?

•Can a non-resident open up a bank account at a banking institution in your the US without many issues?

Do most institutional commercial lenders do MH park loans under the same general guidelines?

I'd like to avoid conjecture in this thread and hear from anyone who's worked with an institutional lender under these circumstances.

The commitment letter actually noted that the lending institution could require personal guarantees for 25% of the original principal at their discretion... but they opted against it for some reason.

Rather than looking for yield, since yeild is pretty much squat on institutional investing right now, I would concentrate on finding a place to park the money that allows me to pull it out at my will.

IRA custodians that handle alternative assets are non-depository banks and all cash holdings are kept with a separate financial institution.

I don't think we have institutional competition here but there is plenty of other competition and the good deals are nearly non-existent, especially rehabbing.

In a profit sharing or 401k the valuation of 401k assets will determine the value of a participant’s account, and ultimately, a participant’s distribution.
