The reason you hear horror stories about the industry is that so many Landlords just go with whoever is first in the Yellow Pages or that charges the lowest fee.

There are many great areas to invest but the strength of the team on the ground is the major factor.

You also have a diversification in industries providing jobs in the MSA although a majority still come from health-care, schools, government and transportation/distribution, agriculture and research just to name a few.Why does it matter?
