You use the money from these deals to invest in long-term wealh building assets such as aparetment buildings.

First I want to build capital through wholesale to start my first house hack.

I would recommend looking for real estate events and connecting with people in the industry to see what the market is like for people flipping, holding long-term, or short-term.

He is calling it a Fire Sale🔥🚒 BUT his asking price is $1 Million for a former school building.

Or even building rapport on the phone?

We're building an ADU and they don't like it.

I own a retail building with a partner under an LLC. 

I have about 3 years of experience flipping and building houses, as well as an associates degree in a trade, about 2 years of drywall/paint experience, around 1 year of commercial/residential electric experience, and about 3 years of landscaping experience.
