@Philip Mullinax I use cool care heating and air for all 6 of my rentals and have never had anything but great experiences with them

And Amazon Air is in the process of moving their Florida Air Hub from the Tampa airport to the Lakeland Airport. 

It seems like every other month we have a new reason why to stay indoors.

If you install more 500 CFM you do need air in duct but check range hood manufacturer instructions.

And just FYI - last summer when much of the hospitality industry was gasping for air, I was running at 87-92% occupancy at my new guesthouse, with one guest comparing my hospitality to "kintsuji", the Japanese art form of mending broken pottery with gold.  

@Evelina KhaimovaI would suggest you ask the seller and or the HOA if they allow air bnb.

Any other type of real estate will qualify as long as it is held for rental, investment or business use, including assets like air rights, water rights, certain oil and gas interests, mineral rights, etc.  

If you have an indoor pool you MUST have a dehumidifier installed down there.  

Call me crazy, but have you considered doing air bnb in Connecticut?
