Mini splits don't distribute air very well, so they work best when used in small spaces.

I can provide more detail in DM, if you would like, but there are basic provisions in the lease (like no smoking indoors) that were broken, and they were notified of the violations. 

Even if it wasn't hidden and I went to look at your house to rent and saw a camera anywhere in doors I wouldn't be your tenant.

I do see that masonry cleaning/chemical wash (the prep work) - "may require an air pollution control permit from the Environmental Permitting and Inspections Section of the CDPH"And then digging further I see there's also a separate Architectural Surface Cleaning Permit could be required.Anyone have experience with this?
