I was just suggesting to Alex that if he really learns from successful wholesalers here on BP, he can bring some great deals to his buyers.Unfortunately I have not been in the game too long here in the states so I don't have a good wholesaler base, and I can't think signing up on anymore landing pages is going to generate great deals for me, just my short term experiences talking here.

All we are doing by allowing this to happen is kicking the next housing bubble down the road another generation or two.

It seems the discussions I have been in lately has been with individuals asking how they can start investing in real estate.

Since then, I have purchased a generator (which has come in handy several times) and I keep an extra supply of gasoline.

Rental properties will generate a steady stream of income but can have more headaches.

It is necessary to determine if the individual is operating a business or is acting more as an investor.

It's odd to me that the far right trumpets freedom and individual rights yet has no problem with inflicting religious views on the entire nation contrary to the pricipals of freedom of religion....I guess you are free to believe what you like so long as it's the same way as the far righties.

I'm guessing there are many more struggling individuals out there that read this post, but are fearful of chiming in.

I am not too familiar with the Colorado market but in Las Vegas you can pick up some good rentals for $40k and generate cash flow monthly.
