A professional is best but family/friend could work.

I would suggest someone who meets with you individually and has experience.

Mostly just looking for someone to discuss options and benefits of setting up an LLC or going it as an individual.

The end game for me is to sell off the smaller individual properties and owning a few mid-sized apartment complexes.

Ideally, we would love to learn from experienced individual's posts that could help us!

And at least then you'll have some anecdotal evidence for failure rates of individual diodes after two years.

Hey BP friends,I'm currently analyzing a deal located in Kansas City, and need a contractor/rehabber to give me an estimate on a house I'm considering for either a flip or buy & hold, as well as an investment-savvy realtor that could give me a BPO and run comps on the house I'm considering.Please reply below or message me with references! 

Would anyone happen to know of a title company that deals with assignment contracts? Any info would be helpful, thanks.
