With the exception of truly egregious failure, I haven't seen folks try to enforce liquidated damage clauses for various reasons.

I assume for most folks this would fall into credit cards and this indicates someone else is willing to lend the borrower money. 

So many folks talk a big game about buying real estate, but can only buy a house or two at best thru a bank.

They look like some pretty experienced folks too.

IE they have photos and maps of where a person's vehicle was parked/recorded, asset breakdowns, address history, connected businesses, info on folks related to that person, etc.
