I got turned into the AG there one time .. nothing happened as I don't really think we did anything actionable. .but it was a witch hunt.. they wanted copies of every transaction I had ever done i Washington that was not bought at court house steps or from MLS.

Logan, Went hunting and the webcast i listened to is actually the one from 1/11/18.

There are still many unknowns in this scenario so instead of wasting time getting advice from folks here who don't have a dog in the hunt and who haven't seen actual evidence of your position, you should seek the advice of competent counsel so you know where you stand from a legal perspective. 

I was leaning on this strategy to work on by door knocking or by calling vs hunting down high equity deals with owners who could possibly become motivated based off receiving mailers or my phone call vs others like calling for landlords or probates , tax liens / tax delinquent ,house code violations or absentee / vacant lists which vary in reasons for its self ?

Maybe I should hire a VA and go hunting for this stuff ????
