I'd also try calling the court house (or whoever issued the writ of possession) and ask them about options explaining that your calls to the marshall's office go no where.

I can't find it now, but that is what I remember.Regarding the transfer of the title, I did a survey of lenders a few months ago about valuation of a working STR vs just a house and LLC title transfers.I surveyed 10 or 12 lenders.

The area is not as developed as Oregon though as the big money Seattle folks pretty much stick to Puget sound real estate and forego ocean front or view.
