we are all on separate power meters but the rest is all combined to include a dumpster.

As I’ve been doing this research, I really began thinking about the power investors have to make widespread change in how efficient a house is.

With interest rates going even lower, the purchasing power goes up along with property values.

A landlord meter that has power in the basement/boiler room on it and some outdoor lighting.4.

Other reasons is local traffic, inadequate power grid, inadequate water and sewer capacity.3.

As all investors know, there is a lot of power in direct mail.

In a lot of locations homes may have had power turned off and thus sump pump is off and you have a pool on the basement and a penicillin farm (mold) throughout the house

Could be power washed and cleaned up or replaced for around $14k.
