They may have done it, as well as all background checks and based on their criteria they have concluded that the tenants were not the best but good candidates.Based on what they told me and few of the questions I did ask, I decided to give the green light.Curiously enough while responding to you, they texted me.

At least in many cases.I've gone around the neighborhood and taken pictures of many houses that are in high contrast to their neighbors, including one that is white with green trim very similar to ours.

My colleague started that same time I did and she took a SEMINAR on marketing and they told her to target a area and then send out letters on a lime green and then to personalize the outside of the letter.Well I have to say that at the time she got BOMBARDED with return replys, but they were for bad areas and rough houses.

Being a bit gun shy on Dayton, our current thinking is to look to Columbus since it doesn't appear to be reliant on manufacturing for employment - state capital, massive university etc.We may encounter a few more hurdles getting started since neither of us are permanent residents (green cards are probably a year away), although we didn't have any problem purchasing our own home.
