A lot of the new developments are not anything would see from the road or drive through making them private, yet accessible to Disney.. this is a gold mine in my opinion.. it's just knowing about it, and hopefully jumping in at some of the pre-construction prices for these homes. 

So I had a plan in place and the means to do it.W-2 income is gold so I made sure that without my job I could still get financing and grow our portfolio. 

One thing I have learned is that everyone, almost without exception, thinks they own gold when they are selling and that they hold gold when they are buying.

However, a good wholesaler is worth their weight in gold.

Reason's for wanting a mentor:When I found this website, I felt like (and still do) I hit gold.

The cheapest pkg was the Gold amd that was $20K.

When a buyer tells me that their last agent didn't have time to show them properties, or pushes them to Longview when they want to be in Vancouver, that's a golden nugget for me.

If you're constantly at your property overseeing work being done and your time is worth more elsewhere, that's when a good property manager is worth their weight in gold.
