We do not allow self-promotion, and posts looking for real estate agents generate a lot of self-promotion from the agents on the site.But, we're not going to leave you high and dry!

Wouldn't all cash generate higher cash flow and 100% equity?

If you're looking to make improvements to try and generate cash flow I'd start with that you've got.

Right now any energy not going towards finding a deal is wasted.
