One of the main reasons I'm part of the forum is to get some info on how I can find ways to list REO properties in Michigan, since we all know that in this market,(specially Michigan) the main transactions are in foreclosures.

After reading this forum regarding the pros and cons of investing out of state, especially when noting from the veterans that; "This business is hard enough," without trying to work out of your area.

In addition to your point about the income taxes, many people on this forum have commented on the speed at which you can evict deadbeats in Texas.
