Read a few books on multifamily starting with David Lindahl's and Steven Berges books.

I have been in the process of finding a property to house hack for the past couple of weeks and finally found a great deal.

I am finally getting started in real estate and am looking for advice or a funding partner. 

So we kept renting and finally bought our own home.

There is a BP book called the "book on flipping houses" that talks about all the major systems and repairs required to flip a house and some rules of thumb for costing.
