Hello, I served a tenant an NTQ in August on the grounds of lease expiration and personal use (Im in CT)They were current on their rent all the time, however, they have stopped paying since they received the NTQ (2 months worth of rent) and have gotten very hostile Should I disable the rent payment system (apartments.com) or leave it open?

The 3rd party inspector also informed me that while K&T is a red flag, it's not illegal .Additional context:  We like the location and upgraded all the window AC units to one central unit for one unit and mini split systems to the other two units.

The permit application for landlords would include a completed self-inspection checklist certifying that the unit complies with the standards in the ordinance (including energy efficiency standards for attic insulation and attic access and efficient shower heads, faucet aerators, and toilets), documentation of maintenance of the HVAC system, and payment of a fee, which will start at around $70 per year.
