A great feature I haven't seen anyone talk about is the fileplace feature, I know Brandon mentioned the Ultimate Beginner's Guide but there is also other great info located there that you can download to increase your learning. 

If I did want to resell it - the neighborhood is a solid neighborhood but it doesnt have elaborate build, features, or finishes so I would just try to match what is out there.  

Once we understand what the asset is in general, features of note will also be relative.  

But in your opinion what is the best phone service out there for wholesalers (price, user-friendly, features, etc) and why do you think so?

My question is related to what Jay Hinrichs wrote (Sorry on phone, can't use @ feature).

A wholesaler who knows the values in the markets they farm, wraps properties up with good contracts, knows the features (good and bad) of their inventory and offers those properties at a price at which I can turn a profit is a valuable resource.
