My biggest fear is contractors.. what do you do to find good ones when you need rehab work done?

There is some fear as to where this wild market is going to head. 

I will not get trapped in comfort zones that will keep me from moving forward but will embrace the warrior spirit within me and move steadfastly toward the prize with nothing to hide, nothing to prove, and nothing to fear, giving all glory to God.

I had a similar fear and used to think the idea was to pay off your houses so they would cash flow better, but after reading a few books I learned the difference between bad debt and good debt and how to use it as leverage so you can use your house to borrow money to help you buy more houses, and collecting rent the whole time, so your tenants are actually paying the debt down, not you.

There is a fear of buyingThe Bottom: Prices bottom out, there is excess inventory.

Reality isn't the illusion, the dream of reality not manifest is the illusion.Let hunger, fear and anger be your only motivations.

If the goal for real estate ownership for you is to get financially free and live a life by design then being super stressed and scraping by - living in fear of the next repair that is needed and how to make mortgage payments isn't a solid plan.

Unfortunately, I'm starting to hear newer investors especially backing out due to fear, uncertainty, and doubt.
