I see what you are saying @Theresa Holl, but I would sure be leery about someone with no experience managing my STR.

Then while you are doing this take the time to learn everything about the acquisition of, rehab or and managing of flipping homes. 

If you can manage the payments, it could be a good idea to hold on to it until prices raise and you can sell for a profit.
