it can be lost afterwards, but most deals that lose money were in trouble at the purchase.REMEMBER TO HAVE AN EXIT STRATEGY- more than one, just in case it goes wrong, it is important to have an end date, the parties can agree to extend it, but it needs an end date.CHECK OUT WHO YOUR DOING BUSINESS WITH-there are alot of folks out there that are all talk and no action.

Make sure you have good soil that can easily absorb the sewer water, and there is space where you can extend the drain field if needed.

The Party Wall Agreement states in fancy legal terms that neither of you are going to do anything to the common wall that will affect the other - ie each of you has an easement extending onto the other person's half of the wall.
