I've seen a few over the years where a couple experienced Landlords said they make a good profit, but they don't share solid numbers.

I was wondering if any more experienced locals have any opinions or suggestions about these area:KenedyLa VerniaFloresvilleThe other locations I am looking at surround both Lackland and Randolph AFB, though I have not extensively researched them yet.

A replacement is necessary, however, they need to get an experienced plumber for that work.

Have you actually experienced this? 

If so, and you are new, you have to ask yourself why the experienced investors have passed on it, there is probably a reason.

If you believe we’re experiencing hyper inflation, I’d imagine selling isn’t wise. 

I did do my research but I know there is more out there and since I am talking with more experienced investors here I am sure I will be pointed in the right direction on what I need.
