The programs don't work as expected in the videos, and I will advise everyone to stay away from Flipping Mastery and Flipster. 

It would be ignorant of me to ignore that and assume I can buy whatever decent house is listed and expect a 60% increase in 4-ish years.Not trying to rain on your parade, but you are ignoring (maybe inexperienced to the point of not realizing) that your data is from a historically unique period in real estate and shouldn't be extrapolated to an if/then equation.I hope you do make it to being a millionare by the time you're 35!

If at all rented , expecting it to be 3000$ / month ,based on Zillow stats around the same size property/ location.Pretty sure, this is not a best approach.

It is going to be more difficult than you think and it is going to yield a lower actual (spreadsheets are not real life) return than you are expecting.

Any unsold property will be put back in the future sales.I have the sales date of  the past couple months.

That will be so helpful for my future PM engagements
