I recently saw a webinar on Social Media marketing and understood what they said.

I would prefer marketing via Email Blast, Text Messaging, Voice Mail, Social Media, SEO, and Pay Per Click. 

Of course you have the free social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc).

If you're looking to pick up design clients you might also join some of the STR forums on social media because I constantly see hosts asking for help with their properties.

All this being said, if you let this syndicator two days ago on social media by all means send no money.
