Is real estate education and books works on all countries ?

Educate both and assure the agent they will get their commission. 

One of my take-aways from Vijai's wonderful and educational walk-through a couple of weeks ago was to be wary of foundation issues. 

If we bought today, our taxes would be ~$8k higher per year.- Risk that prices increase substantially over the next 3-5 years, and outpace any of the benefits aboveLeaning towards selling since it’s hard to pass up free money, I’m not sure prices have much further to go from here, and we’re not sure we’d like to move back to the same home that’s been rented for 3-5 years anyway.

I have a business degree (supply chain management and marketing) and have been self-educating on real estate topics, but I'm about ready to get my hands dirty. 

Brian Kraft I think what you have to start with is variables that you know: what they rent out for today, property taxes, vacancy for the area, insurance, PM fees, etc.

To make it in today's world, you need to accept modern times.Do not quit any W-2 job until you make enough on the side to pay all your bills each month.
