Now I'm going on the assumption that the home is run down on the inside (seller's website has a good looking recent picture of the outside, no damage, looks lived in still)  So maybe they are having a hard time selling it for $250k or maybe they lost their job and just can't pay..

@Michael Hicks We used leadpropeller.com I typed all of my own content and swapped out a majority of the pictures they had as stock. 

I learn and network on line as well here at BP, but I use BP to learn big picture skills.  

You'll get a number of agents in the list, then at the bottom it lists "home owner" with a phone number, there's no picture for them so it is easy to skip over.
